Good Morning Webbers,
I hope you are well on this Monday morning. I am checking in to see where you are ths lovely morning in January. Where are you on your path? I love to start my year reviewing my life purpose. I like to make sure I am following the steps to achieve that. The first part has to do with taking responsibility for where we are now and where we want to go. Are you still blaming your parents or the economy for what you are getting out of your life? Perhaps that just may be the best excuse that you have. Change starts with taking responsibility for your life and where you are. If you reflect back and look at all the things you have done prehaps you will see a pattern in those failures or things that just did not work out properly. What can you gain from those experiences? Perhaps you allowed yourself to violate your values or the situation was against your ethics and you just couldn’t get behind it. Instead of admitting to that it was easier to blame it on something else. Trust me when I say I have plenty of examples of that.

Starting today, Take personal responsibility in everything you do. Do not give the excuse or pass the blame. If you don’t have the personal resources to change the situation get a coach. Sometimes just having an objective party look at the situation they may be able to give you some clues or directions in how to achieve this process in your life path.
Next I review my lifes purpose.

I now have to send a Happy Birthday wish to my friend Rich Borgatti. To the best of days my friend. What makes this such a special time for him? He has had plenty of life changes this year. He has married, had a child and is growing a business. I have known him for a very long time and have watched him grow into the person he is today. To a truly great and inspirational guy. Have a Happy Birthday Rich! If you are not busy on February 4th and have an interest in Crossfit. Rich will be hosting an open house 9AM – 2PM . This will be to celebrate his GRAND OPENING.
Last but not least I wanted to look at a few slogans that I have read over the past few years. Beach Body – Decide, commit, Succeed. Nike has Just do it. Aion has live the life you desire. Are you ?
