By the time you read this NLP article completely, you will be amazed as there will not be any belief that would restrict your ability anymore. The NLP says that the beliefs that we hold give us both strength and empowerment. So, it becomes important to have the belief that can enhance your ability rather than restricting it.
NLP classifies the limiting beliefs into three categories as follows:
o Desperation – Under this situation, the person thinks that he can never achieve his goal under any circumstances. He desperately tries to achieve his goal but fails because he works with half-heartedness.
o Defenselessness - Under this, the person thinks that he can achieve his goal, but he rely more on luck and fate.
o Worthlessness – Under this, the person think that he is unable to deserve to achieve the goal. He finds himself as incapable and not worth any thing.
To which category do you belong? NLP can surely help you to come out of the limiting belief. These are 8 NLP techniques that can help you overcome the belief that restricts your ability and gain excellence:
1. Hold the belief that gives you strength and empowerment: Research has shown that the people who think they are unhealthy and suffering from any disease die early than the persons who are actually suffering from any diseases. NLP states that your thinking affects your both mentally and physically. Hold the belief that bears a positive impact on you.
2. Ignore the beliefs that restrict your energy and confidence levels: When you tell your mind that you cannot do a particular thing or you are not capable of doing any thing, then you surely never do that thing. Such beliefs are restricting you to achieve any thing are called as the ‘limiting beliefs’ in NLP.
3. Limiting belief can be the consequence of any significant experience in your life – come out of that experience with NLP: NLP sates that most of the beliefs that we hold are because of any kind of significant experience that you must have been through in your life. Once a boy was so focused on his target to hit the ball with his bat that he hurted his brother who was coming towards him. His parents scolded him. Since then he made up his mind that if he will go after his target he will hurt someone. This belief affected him badly in this adult life.
Hence, the boy must have tried to overcome that bad experience and improved on it rather than allowing that experience to come with him all through his life. NLP calls this as framing the bad experience for well.

So just why is it that home fitness is suddenly begin to increase in popularity over the last few years? The reason for many Americans who now exercise at home is because it is convenient, affordable, time efficient and for many it can be a private thing. Also following recent studies it has shown that those who join a health club are likely to quit their exercise program more quickly than those who workout at home.h
Moreover more and more people are starting to include the purchase of equipment as well as designing an exercise in order to carry out their home fitness program. They are also finding it easier to implement an exercise regime as well as being able to track their progress. So in other words what is happening is people today are now setting up not just their own health club program but also their own gyms at home.
In fact the home fitness market has blossomed since the early 1980's and those companies who produce fitness equipment were prior to this only showing a small percentage of the sales to home users. Whilst now approximately 30% of all sales of fitness equipment is being made for use in the home. However, it is important that when choosing exercise equipment it should be chosen for its safety, its effectiveness in helping you to achieve your goals, how much you have to spend and what space you have available in your home.
Also the reason why home fitness has become so popular over the last few decades is because home workouts and fitness programs are not only fun but they achieve great results. In fact recent studies carried out showed that those women who worked out at home got better results than those women who actively went to a gym to workout? In fact today if you were to do a search of the internet you will find a number of different sites that offer home fitness programs which do not require the use of fancy equipment. In fact there are many home fitness programs available which require little or not equipment at all.
Another major attraction for people to work out at home is the fact that it's been proven and shown recently that exercises using our body weight has produced far better results than the results from using many famous and expensive equipment. The body looks whole lot more natural and balanced, and it's so inexpensive in terms of time, space, and money.
More and more fitness fans are getting into these body-weight exercises that also do not require huge area to begin with, and therefore, working out at home has become a huge trend of late.
With the popularity of free body movement exercises such as Tai Chi and Chi Kung, the choices for home exercises are getting more plentiful. Besides, as many other kinds of martial arts are getting popular nowadays, the need for gym and paying for gym membership have really been transformed, or shall we say, upgraded in this "Less is more" mentality?

Most of us have suffered from acne at one time or another beginning in early puberty. Its medical name is "acne vulgaris" and indeed, many of us feel that it is absolutely vulgar.
For some, it is severe enough to require medical intervention by a dermatologist. For most people, though, acne is a relatively mild condition that can be controlled with a healthy diet, as well as basic good hygiene practices and keeping your face clean.
Most teenagers suffering from acne will find that limiting certain foods, or completely illiminating them from their diet, will help a lot in getting rid of acne.
Sugar and other refined carbohydrates
Experts suggest avoiding refined carbohydrates, such as white flour, and especially sugar. This includes high amounts of fruit juices, although whole fruits should be consumed.
Sugared sodas especially should be avoided. These are often overlooked as major sources of sugar, since they are drunk rather than eaten.
For a natural non-caloric sugar substitute that has no aftertaste, try stevia liquid, available at most health food stores or online. It is purported to be 600 times sweeter than sugar, so a little goes a very long way.
Switch from white flour and refined foods such as white rice to whole wheat breads and brown rice. Make sure to read labels and look for the words "100% whole wheat" or "100% whole grain." Carbohydrate foods low on the glycemic index are best to control acne breakouts, so foods such as white potatoes should also be avoided.
High amounts of fats, including "good" fats
There's a lot of talk these days on "good" versus "bad" fats. Indeed, "good" fats such as polyunsaturated and unsaturated oils like canola or olive oil, the fruit of the avocado and nuts are "good" for you in small amounts, while hydrogenated oils and trans fats should be avoided altogether. But if you have acne, you should be especially careful to limit your fat intake, even good fat intake.
Dietary fat from any source can increase the sebum production of the skin, leading to acne breakouts. Peanuts and peanut butter especially should be avoided or greatly curtailed. However, fish oil supplements or eating fish a few times a week will help acne breakouts, as these are beneficial to skin health.
Dairy products
Unfortunately, that bowl of ice cream you enjoy as a snack every night not only probably has sugar in it, an acne no-no, but dairy also contains hormones such as progesterone, which can lead to acne breakouts, as can the iodine in dairy.
It has been shown that the fat content of the dairy does not seem to effect its promotion of acne breakouts, so substituting skim products for full-fat products will not help. Using soymilk instead of regular milk and other soy products such as cheese will help control breakouts.
Incidentally, it's unclear whether chocolate itself, commonly thought of as an acne trigger, actually causes acne. However, most chocolate consumed also contains high amounts of refined sugar, which is an acne trigger.
Reducing or eliminating the foods noted above, along with good hygiene, will greatly reduce or even eliminate acne breakouts, along with other good habits such as ample consumption of fruits and vegetables, drinking plenty of water and getting enough exercise. Bon appétit!

You see and hear about it every day-home invasions. They are on the rise. A home invasion is when robbers force their way into an occupied home to commit a robbery or other crimes. It is frightening because it violates our private space-our sanctuary-our home. Five Seconds that's all it takes to get in.
Most police agencies and the FBI will statistically record the crime as a residential burglary or a robbery. Without the ability to track the specific crime of home invasion, little can be done to alert the public as to the frequency of occurrence in their community or devise a law enforcement plan of action to control it.
Residential burglars work mostly during the day and when a residence is more likely to be unoccupied.
• They tend to work alone
• They avoid confrontation and violence
• They are deterred by minimal precautionary measures-alarm signs etc.
Home invasion robbers, in contrast, work more often at night and on weekends when homes are more likely to be occupied.
• They rarely work alone
• They target occupants as well as the home based on perceived "wealth"
• They use confrontation, violence and domination as part of their procedure
• They may have been in the home before as a delivery man etc.
The most common entry point for a home invader is the front door. If the occupants are home it is a safe bet for the invaders that the alarm or camera will be off. So they use force or subterfuge to get in without any fear of outside discovery. Sadly many people simply open the door in answer to a knock or a bell making entry very easy. FIVE SECONDS is all it takes to get in.
Once inside the house it will be nice and quiet unlike a retail store. The invaders can force their will, be it simply robbing the house or more often rape, assault, kidnapping even murder.
Many of the same ideas used to prevent daytime burglaries will go a long way to prevent forced entry home robberies. Time is of the essence. If you can delay them long enough to call police you might save yourself. Solid core doors and strong deadbolt locks with reinforced strike plates, and reinforced window devices will stop most forced entries. FIVE SECONDS IS ALL IT TAKES TO GET IN!
It is also a great idea to have several non lethal self defense weapons located throughout the house-stun guns, pepper sprays, etc. Knowing how to use them and acting quickly could save your family.
Chances are very good that you are reading this because in some way crime has touched your life or you want to be proactive and protect yourself, family, home, or business from the ravages of crime. That is the first step.
NOW the next step is for you to take action TODAY and purchase a hot shot stun gun. Look at our selection of self defense/ home security products at http://www.aaa-safetyfirst.com/peppergel.htm and http://www.aaa-safetyfirst.com/hotshotstungun.htm both of which provide real "Security Solutions".

Wars had played revolutionizing parts in Japan's long line of history. For thousands of years, war clans controlled the country. Each clan is comprised of several related families and each is lead by a chief who are the families' ancestors. Wars were almost always centralized on the struggle for land- only 20 % of Japan's land is suited for farming, thus this condition gave rise to the knights of the Japan who are named as Samurais.
Duty is first and foremost at the heart of each Samurai warrior along with the Bushido or the Way of the Warrior. To become a Samurai is to overcome the fear of death. By this, they may serve their masters and their clan loyally and if serving would mean to forfeit their own lives, then that will be done.
To ensure that their lands are protected and the battles they fight are victories, ancient Japanese developed armors, codes and weapons. The weapons revolutionized along with the battles.
By the 9th-12th A.D. the Samurais had become a separate class. Within these periods, Samurais were divided into two: the knight-retainers or the Samurais and the warriors or the Bushi. Some of these were hired men and some are members of the ruling class. They surrender their lives to their Daimyos or landowners who are often the ruling member of the family and in return they were given fiefs or lands and position. Each Samurai is employed to serve and protect the properties of the Daimyo and in battles for land expansion and power.
Samurais made most of what are present in their environments. When horses were first introduced, they became masters in horses. Horseback riding were then incorporated into battles. They practiced both unarmed and armed combat. Bows and arrows were primarily used in combat; swords were just used for beheading the enemies. However, in the 13th century when they seriously engaged battles with the Mongols, they started to make use of their Samurai swords more and eventually manufactured more of these and the naginata and spears. They easily transformed to fighting on foot from fighting on horseback.
Samurais swords were generally divided into two: the daito-katana or the long sword which on average is more than 24 inches long and the shoto-wakizashi or the short sword that were 12-24 inches long. Samurai swords were often given names as to immortalize the soul of warriorship.
The earliest swords were straight and were typically fashioned after Chinese or Korean designs. But in the course of the battle, the Samurai swords were recreated to give much tougher design with sharper curved edge. This is the type of Samurai swords that went down to history.
Samurai swords were fashioned to near perfection. The basic elements combined to make Samurai swords are carbon and iron. To shape them, the sword smith makes use of anvil water, fire and hammers. Once the sword is forged, the sword polisher will set up the blade for the furniture that will enclose it. Once this is done, the sword tester will put the new blade to test by cutting through condemned criminals and dead corpses. He will first cut through the smaller bones moving to the tougher bones. The results of which are transcribed on the nakago or the metal piece that connects the handle to the Samurai sword.
Through their rise to power, the these knights and their Samurai swords were heralded as the ruling class in Japan's hierarchy for several centuries well up to the 19th century. This era is noted for the Shogun or the most powerful ruling Samurais in their own time.
