PERSONAL TRAINING / FITNESS Welcome to my personal training page. Below you will find some articles concerning personal training. I am here to help you achieve excellence in fitness. My training approach is unique and adaptive. I prefer to meet first and discuss what my clients fitness goals are. This can be accomplished in person, via phone or internet. I then prepare a plan customized to meet those goals. I reassess programs as needed. I like to work one on one and really make sure my clients are making their fitness goals. I can design training programs for you or assist you at a location of your choice. These services are available e-mail, fax, phone and in person. I design custom programs just for you. All of my programs are individually tailored. I do not have or use generic programs to serve all.
